These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Outside Your Head (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital products sold on it. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell
We sell digital workbooks and guides, delivered as PDF and/or EPUB files. All products are digital only — nothing is shipped, and there is no physical component to any purchase. There are no subscriptions: every purchase is a single, one-time payment for permanent access to the files included with that product.
3. Accounts
You need an account to purchase and download products. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at vildan.husomanovic@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles the transaction and any applicable sales tax; we never see your card or bank details. An order is confirmed once Lemon Squeezy reports the payment as completed, at which point your purchase is added to your account and made available for download.
5. License to use what you buy
When you buy a workbook, guide, or bundle, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal use. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or share the files with anyone else
- post the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing sites
- remove any copyright or attribution notices from the files
- use the content to create a competing product
All content remains the copyright of Outside Your Head unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete, except where required by law. If a technical problem prevents you from downloading something you paid for, contact vildan.husomanovic@gmail.com and we'll make it right — usually by re-issuing your download link or, if that isn't possible, a refund.
7. Download access
Individual download links expire a short time after they're issued for security reasons, but you can always generate a fresh one from "My purchases" for as long as your account exists and the product remains part of your order history.
8. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its products without notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the content will meet your specific needs or produce any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outside Your Head is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
